Green Mountain Coffee was looking to create a strategy around the development of new products and systems. In particular they wanted to better understand their consumers needs and behaviors around health and wellness. In addition, they wanted their team to gain experience and knowledge in conducting research for innovation.
We conducted in-home interviews and shop-alongs, engaged the Green Mountain Coffee team in immersion workshops, created a strategy for future product development, crafted tools for carrying out the strategy and developed videos stories of the consumers.
Green Mountain Coffee was extremely pleased with the strategy and continues to use it as a foundation for their future planning. Additionally, their team has integrated many of the techniques we taught them into their daily work.
