Even as a relatively young start-up, Tendril had high aspirations of helping consumers reduce their energy consumption. However, just providing their customers with raw data wasn’t doing the trick. We stepped in to help them learn about consumer behaviors in this space and create a strategy around what they should be doing holistically in terms of devices in the home, websites, mobile interfaces, programming, and services.
This work was so valuable to them that they asked us to help them build out an internal team to help put this kind of thinking at the forefront. Now they’re the ones leading the thinking in this area.
